Hiker Transportation
We move you from one trail head to another at the beginning or end of your trip. This method is less expensive as it only requires one Broadwing Adventures driver. We recommend that this be done at the start of the hike, by meeting you at your finishing point. You leave your vehicle there then we move you and your gear to your starting point. This way you can finish your hike without being committed to an exact hiking schedule.
If done at the end of the trip, it requires coordination of a meeting time on your last hiking day so it means you are stuck with a hiking schedule that doesn't allow modification. Cell coverage is limited along the trail and we may not be able to easily make changes. A charge of $15 per hour will be added for hikers arriving more than 30 minutes late for pickup.
North bound hikers – We transport the hiker(s) to their starting point from Averyville using our vehicle.
South bound hikers – We transport the hiker(s) from their ending point to Averyville using our vehicle.
Rates for hiker transportation are for a maximum of three people.

Vehicle Shuttle
We move your vehicle from your starting point to your ending point. This method is more expensive as it requires two Broadwing Adventures drivers. The advantages are that it saves you time at the beginning of your trip and allows you the flexibility of having your own vehicle at the end of the trip.

South bound hikers – Move hiker’s vehicle from Averyville to their ending location.
Vehicle shuttles require prearrangement for keys. The hiker’s vehicle must be in good condition; properly licensed, inspected and insured; and have sufficient fuel.
